General Services Administration Awards Nightwing All Five Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services Special Item Numbers on Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services Contract
DULLES, Va., March 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Nightwing, the intelligence solutions company defining the edge of possible for national security, announced today that the General Services Administration has awarded the company all five Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services Special Item Numbers (GSA HACS SIN). The GSA HACS SIN provides federal, state, and local government agencies easy access to key, pre-vetted support services to more effectively test high-priority IT systems, address potential vulnerabilities, and stop adversaries before they can impact networks. Under this contract, Nightwing will provide critical cybersecurity services to support government-wide priorities in these five distinct subgroups:

- Risk and Vulnerability Assessments to evaluate the security risks within an organization’s environment, including conducting security assessments, audits, and providing recommendations for remediation.
- Cyber Hunt, the proactive search for threats within an organization’s network, using advanced techniques to identify vulnerabilities, malware, or unauthorized activity before they cause harm.
- Incident Response, providing services to detect, respond to, and mitigate cybersecurity incidents, including support for handling data breaches, malware attacks, and other security events.
- Penetration Testing to simulate cyberattacks on systems to assess their vulnerabilities and identify weaknesses that could be exploited by adversaries, helping organizations bolster their security.
